Just wanted to give you some feedback from 2 of our customers that have trialed some of the Huber Printing Chemicals products. The products speak for themselves. They work!!! In both cases we have secured new business. Below are the products and some comments;
H 120 Wash - Went up against Varn's popular V 120 and the pressman said it "worked better". He felt it cleaned faster with less effort.
Blue HP Wash - This wash was introduced to an account that the 'economics' is always an issue. Because they were using an low grade wash, we again out performed the competition. We were able to sell him a superior product at a comparable price and the customer is very happy.
I look forward to more successes with the Huber product line and feel free to call anytime.

I wanted to let you know what I thought about the Huber Cylinder Paste product that I received. I use it for our chrome roller cleaning and found that it is the best product of its type that I've used. It cuts right through the dried ink on the rollers and does a great job conditioning the rollers too. I'll let you know when I need some more and thanks for bringing this product to my attention.

I have been associated with various Ink Pumps over the years, mostly Lincoln, and the Yamada Ink Pumps are the best I have ever used. The Yamada Ink Pumps are competitively priced, "heavily" engineered for long life, very quiet and very attractive to the eye. This makes it nice to "show off" our Ink Room during Customer Visits, or Potential Customer Visits, and of course, "ease of operation" knowing they will be working around the clock.

We finally have the Yamada pump (type 200) running on our 72" press, (the) pump is working great (and) we're very impressed.

I have been using the InkPRO® type 250 since February of 2005. I took a chance on the pump based on the recommendation of Chris at Air Flo and I am very glad that I did. Since that time I have purchased several more pumps and inherited several more from a plant consolidation that we did recently. The pumps have been performing better than I'd hoped. They are very reliable and quite simple to maintain. I am glad that I took that chance.

Best pump I’ve ever used… hands down…...and I’ve used them all; Graco, ARO & Lincoln. This pump is nothing like them. The Yamada pump has been online for well over a year 24/7 without a single issue.I would buy more Yamada pumps.”
Just a note to let you know we installed the new pump this afternoon and it bolted right up (to the old Lincoln standpipe). It started up slow because it was pumping so well. We only saw it stroke 2-3 times which is an improvement from the old unit. The ink pump is working fine since its installation and we like it very much...in fact, we intend to buy several more next year!

THE YAMADA InkPRO® PUMPS WE INSTALLED EARLIER (2005) HAVE PREFORMED VERY WELL. THESE PUMPS ARE DESIGNED AND BUILT TO LAST WITHOUT A LOT OF MAINTENANCE.

Compared to our older ink pumps the maintenance procedure on the Yamada InkPRO® is a piece of cake. The fact that you do not have to remove the pump from the mounting hardware saves our maintenance crews time and effort and the ease with which we can now change out seals is really great.

I have purchased 2 InkPRO® pumps (tote & drum, mid 2006) and they work great! Chris @ Air Flo is very easy to work with and very prompt and knowledgable. That's why I've ordered my third Yamada InkPRO® pump!

I purchased a Yamada InkPRO® pump in June of 2004 to replace my long time favorite Lincoln Pile Driver series pump (which had failed). I had received some great reviews on the InkPRO® model 881030 (type 200) from my ink sales rep (who suggested that I try the InkPRO®). The price was very competitive to the Lincoln model (that I had been using) so I decided to try it. When I received the pump I was impressed with how well it was built. After installing and running the pump I am impressed on how well and how quietly it performs. After runninig the pump for almost a year it would hesitate on the upstroke so I called my Air Flo sales rep and a few days later he and the Yamada service technicians were in my plant and they replaced a small o-ring. The pump has worked perfectly for 3.5 years now. If and when I buy my next pump it will also be a Yamada InkPRO® from Air Flo Spray Equipment Company.

Re: Ink leveling system/ Pumping equipment

Chris,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how our Air Flo Ink Leveling System is
working. To date we have had minimal issues with the system, most have been warranty issues with the
pumps which you handled perfectly for us. You had us parts overnight and we have yet to have
any downtime due to the ink system. We have been running your system for about 8 months now and we
have had no problems. All 8 units on our Heidelberg Heatset Press are running the
fountain levelers and we have actually been able to reduce our manning on the press since we no longer
hand dip ink into the fountains.
Again Chris, I want to thank you for handling our account with professionalism and I wish you
continued success in the future.

PS. It’s been over 5 years now since this was written and still running strong.
Pumps and Levelers have been working great for about ten years now. Very little trouble with either system aside from routine maintenance on the pumps. We are very happy that we decided to install your ink supply system all those years ago.
