The Falcon™ flowmeter by Air Flo/VSE is both simple in design and easy to service. Manufactured in Germany to exacting DIN ISO 9001 standards, we are able to offer a selection of high precision positive displacement gear flow meters as well as an extensive line of complex electronic readouts.

 

 

 

Description:

 

The rotation of the flow meter gear wheels is sensed by a non-contact magneto-resistive pickup, amplified and emitted as pulses. The passing of each individual gear tooth produces a pulse corresponding to a precise positively displaced measured volume. The pulse output can be produced as PNP or NPN signals. The frequency is proportional to the momentary flow.
